Blue Hills Ski Area in Canton
Blue Hills Ski Area is about 16 miles (or 24 minutes) from Boston. It is part of the Blue Hills Reservation and features nine trails with more than 60 acres of terrain. Located just off I-93, I-95, and Route 128, Blue Hills is the closest skiing to Boston that you can get.

Bradford Ski Area is about 36 miles (or 47 minutes) from Boston. With 15 trails and nine active lifts, Haverhill’s Bradford Ski Area is perfect for beginners. Bradford also offers affordable skiing, lessons, rentals, and snacks at its base lodge. Its state-of-the-art terrain park features jumps, rails, and boxes, and it hosts events and competitions.
