Summer is long gone, and now Summer Shack in Dedham is closed for good, Boston Eater reports.

The seafood spot officially closed its Dedham location as of December 26. The restaurant has been removed from the Summer Shack website and a Cambridge employee confirmed the closure to Eater. There are still three operating locations: Cambridge, Boston, and one in the Mohegan Sun.

Tomorrow (Wed 3/11) the Summer Shack in Dedham is hosting a Naukabout Beer Dinner! Clam Bake Chowder, Mussels, Fish Fry...

Restaurateur Jasper White opened the first Summer Shack in Cambridge in 2000 and in 2001 received a James Beard Award Nomination for Best New Restaurant.

Summer Shack is known for its New England specialties like lobster, clam chowder, and a raw bar.

Pretending like it's a warm, sunny summer day in New England.
