Chef Jeremy Sewall is a man who knows his oysters.

The owner of Island Creek Oyster Bar restaurants and Row 34 oyster bars, Sewall is also partnered with Island Creek Oyster Farm in Duxbury, one of the largest oyster farms in the United States. Whether you like your oysters raw, fried, or some other way altogether, Sewall knows how to prepare them.

“Just eat oysters,” he said. “They’re delicious. They’re local. They’re wonderful.”
