Attention, 2014 brides- and grooms-to-be!

You have an opportunity to receive a free luxury honeymoon at the Cayuga Collection Lodges and Hotels, a collection of nine eco lodges, eco resorts, and sustainable hotels and resorts in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. All you have to do is apply to take part in the “Cayuga Eco-Honeymoon Quest’’ — and be chosen.

But, make no mistake, if you are picked you will have a job to do. You and your honey will become “eco-honeymoon designers.’’ Your task? Helping Cayuga develop the perfect eco-honeymoon. According to Cayuga, today’s travelers have a greater respect for the environments where they stay. Therefore, Cayuga wants to marry luxury and green living to create an eco-conscious honeymoon for its guests. What exactly will that entail? Here is the job description, courtesy of Cayuga.

You choose where to go and what to do. You experience romantic meals in spectacular settings, unique wellness treatments and an array of natural adventures in rainforest and beach settings and let us know what works and what needs to be improved. You will have the opportunity to work as a volunteer at our wildlife conservation and community projects

Think you can handle that? We thought so.

You must apply by May 1 and, if you are chosen, you will travel between August and December of this year.

Are you bumming right now because you already walked down the aisle and paid for the big honeymoon out of pocket? Well, if your marriage is less than five years old, we have good news. This offer is also extended to couples who married in the past five years. Second honeymoon, anyone?

To everyone else: you’re out of luck.
