A military wife and mother of three from California filed a complaint with Disneyland after an employee approached her and told her to cover up her cleavage.

The confrontation took place at California Adventure Park in Anaheim.

“This was our first family vacation and for me, it was ruined,’’ Melissa Behnken told ABC News.

She was looking forward to the trip, especially since her husband, who is in the US Marine Corps, had just gotten back from deployment.

Here’s what happened, according to Behnken.

“This gentleman out of nowhere comes up to me and just says, ‘You need to pull your top up,’’’ she told ABC News. “I was looking at him like, ‘Excuse me? Are you serious?’’’

The employee went on to say, “This is a family park. You are showing too much.’’

Behnken, who is a curvy woman, was wearing a lacy black striped shirt over a cheetah-print tank top.

“I guess women with large chests are expected to wear turtle necks their whole lives?’’ she said during her interview with ABC News.

According to the Disneyland website, clothing that is not appropriate for the theme parks includes “clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.’’

According to Behnken, a spokesperson for Disneyland has since called her family to apologize.
