David Letterman to retire in 2015

This isn’t an April Fool’s joke.

CNN’s Brian Stelter is reporting that “Late Show’’ host David Letterman will retire in 2015 .

Letterman reportedly made the announcement while recording tonight’s episode in New York this afternoon, according to Hypable.com.

“CBS Evening News’’ anchor Jeff Glor says the program will have more details tonight.
