‘Hell’s Kitchen’ to Hold Casting Call in Cambridge

–The Conlin Company

If you can withstand the wrath of restaurateur Gordon Ramsay (and the heat of the kitchen), then you might be the perfect fit for the next season of Fox’s culinary competition show, “Hell’s Kitchen.’’

The show will be in Cambridge for a casting event on Aug. 6, in search of for “America’s culinary elite who not only have the skills but the stamina to cook alongside’’ Ramsay, according to a statement.

The Hub-area casting call will take place at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Cambridge (215 First Street) on Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hopeful contestants who can’t make it to the call can fill out an application on the Conlin Company’s website (the folks running the search) ahead of time. Be prepared to answer questions like, “How long have you been in the culinary field?’’ and “Have you ever owned a restaurant?’’

The application also states that “Applicants must be passionate, skilled at their craft and aim to become the next winner of ‘Hell’s Kitchen’.’’

Weaklings need not apply.
