Think you’d make a great reality TV star? You could be one of seven lucky strangers that shares a house in an upcoming season of MTV’s The Real World.

MTV is holding an open casting call on Saturday, April 2 from 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at Tequila Rain on Lansdowne St. Note that while this casting call will take place locally, the season itself will not necessarily be in Boston.

“We look for characters from real life; people with strong personalities who are unafraid to speak their minds,” Executive Producer Jonathan Murray said in a release.

According to the release, a premium is placed on having a larger-than-life personality, a unique life story, an adventurous spirit, an open mind, and being at a turning point in your life.
