Is stress affecting your life? Would you like to learn easily accessible methods of increasing well-being and decreasing stress? The world-renowned MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. This 9-session program, led by Cindy Gittleman, Certified MBSR teacher and founder of Sunrise Mindfulness, includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices and concepts, gentle mindful stretching, group discussions, daily home practice assignments and materials, including four guided mindfulness practice recordings.
