BASK: an LGBTQ Person of Color Pride Picnic is a day of community building, food and performance to engage and entertain the larger queer community of color + friends in Greater Boston. Bring a blanket, food, drinks, pop a squat, and stay awhile!
This day will be packed with health sessions, musicians, poets, DJs, dance and other queer artists.
We want to give OUR COMMUNITY a special space to celebrate our shared experiences during Pride Month and provide a platform for queer artists of color to showcase their work, be it music, dance, poetry, or visual art.
We will be posting a full schedule and featuring those performing on this event page -- so accept the invitation and stay tuned! To join the roster of performers, email Daniela Amaya, HUES Program Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
THIS IS A FREE EVENT! Help us make sure everyone is there by inviting folks into this page.
****FOOD TRUCKS WILL BE THERE BUT DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD & DRINKS TO ENJOY AT THE PICNIC****
