Springdale by Jack’s Abby was founded in 2016 as the experimental and barrel-aging arm of Jack’s Abby Brewing. With curiosity, creativity and the support of their talented production team, they've spent their first year crafting dozens of wild and barrel-fermented beers, as well as a line of traditionally fermented ales. Barrel Master Matt Cohen will take you through a guided tasting which will focus on some of the unique beers produced in the barrel room, and talk about the art of controlling wild yeast and blending beer. You will get the chance to sample some of their most popular selections, as well as a few funkier lesser known brews. For fans of Jack's Abby, this will be a deeper dive into their brewing capabilities. For those who are craft beer aficionados, this will be a chance to discover a new favorite. Get your tickets
