Danny Pease and the Regulators (DPR) has been a strong force in New England for a handful of years. Composed of musicians with ranging backgrounds, their style of “Dirty Punk Reggae” continues to morph and take shape, while always staying true to reggae roots and ska rhythms. With their home base in Western Mass, they have steadily been scouring the Northeast and impressing newcomers with high energy and uplifting shows.
The Medicinal Purpose is a sound and a feeling, born of a singular devotion to create and capture emotions through the blues, soul and rock ‘n’ roll. Brother Sal (guitars, lead vocals), Chris Ball (bass, vocals) and Jimmy Robitaille (drums, vocals) write and record their material together. All veterans of studio and stage, the band puts on a powerful, unique, real performance every single night—never leaving audiences unfulfilled.
