Energy Bagua (Walking Meditation) is an exercise that combines flowing hand movement with walking in circles to increase energy, strength and flexibility while enhancing overall physical and mental health. Practitioners from all ages (college students, busy professionals, seniors) have benefited from this easy to learn technique.
