Exploring Embodied Empathy – adding ease and connection in daily life
What can support you to develop practices of embodied empathy and to
bring them to others in your daily life?
Learn how to overcome obstacles and to develop practices that can give you (and
others you care about) creative pleasure and empathetic listening. We’ll explore
together how to support each other to be successful. More
about the series:
· You'll learn simplified forms
of Playback that are easy to do and to teach, even for people who are shy or who
would never consider themselves actors.
· Between each class session,
participants will experiment with bringing Embodied Empathy into their daily lives
-- alone, with friends, families, colleagues, and with
groups they attend.
· In each class we'll report
on our experiments and give each other Embodied Empathy for our successes and challenges
along the way. We'll learn from each other's
· Those interested will get help to
practice groups that will continue past the end of the series--a lasting gift for you and people you're close to.
