Saltie Girl, recently named “Best Raw Bar” by Boston Magazine and brought to you by Kathy Sidell and the MET Restaurant Group, recently hosted an exclusive dinner at the James Beard House in New York City celebrating the very best from the sea. On Monday, October 23rd, 2017, Executive Chef Kyle McClelland and the Saltie Girl Team will be offering the multi-course presentation for one-night-only at the Back Bay restaurant.
With one seating at 7:30PM for $175.00 per person, guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres before diving into five different courses celebrating the fruits of the sea through delicious, globally sustainable iterations of fresh fish and seafood, each playing with texture and flavor to provide an unmatched experience.
