Combining her experience as an opera singer and musical improviser, Lisa Flanagan created a solo show that explores the heightened emotions and classical archetypes of opera. The show debuted at the 2013 New York Musical Improv Festival and has continued on to appear in the New York International Fringe Festival ('14), Del Close Marathon ('15) and first annual Chicago Musical Improv Festival at iO. Stagebuddy described Lisa's show as "long form improv at its best from a performer with a wonderfully trained voice, keen sense of story structure, and seemingly instinctual ability to create compelling characters out of nothing."
