This fun filled class lets kids stretch and strengthen their bodies, minds, and imaginations as we practice yoga! Each class combines singing, partner poses, wild adventures through jungles and zoos, and even a little savanna time (quiet time) where we practice deep breathing in order to settle our bodies down. Come join us as we fly like a butterfly, hang like a bat, and hoot like an owl!
