The Nite Caps is a 5-piece combo serving up a cocktail mix of old-school honky tonk dance music, stirred and slightly shaken over a hardwood floor. If you like classic country with a dose of pedal steel and a twanging telecaster then this is your dance band.
The Empty Bottle Ramblers play old-style dance music of southwest Louisiana: driving accordion two-steps and aching twin-fiddle waltzes, sung in Cajun French with guitar and upright bass.
