For the first time ever, Garth Brooks will be playing a concert at Gillette Stadium.

The country legend and seven-time CMA Entertainer of the Year will perform at the home of the Patriots on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021, his first show in New England in six years. Brooks will be visiting Foxborough as part of his Garth Brooks Stadium Tour, which has visited 75 cities so far.

Tickets for the Oct. 9 show will be $94.95 each (with fees and taxes included) and will go on sale Friday, July 16 at 10 a.m. ET.

The announcement is a welcome one for local country fans, following news that country star Kenny Chesney’s planned summer shows at Gillette Stadium would be postponed until 2022.

According to Brooks’ website, all tickets for the Gillette Stadium concert will be reserved seating, and there is a limit of eight tickets per buyer.

Tickets will be available online at, by phone through the Garth Brooks Ticketmaster line at 1-877-654-2784, or through the Ticketmaster mobile app.
