OpenTable released its annual 100 Best Restaurants in America list on Wednesday, and two restaurants in Massachusetts — including one national chain — made the cut.

The Table at Season to Taste in North Cambridge earned a spot, just as it did on last year’s list. The small, 20-seat restaurant opened in 2016 and serves French cuisine in a prix-fixe format. Diners pay $98 per person, which includes tax — and tip. The Table at Season to Taste raised its prices in 2018 to include labor costs and to ensure a “living wage for our entire staff, both front and back of the house,” according to a note from the staff on its website. It currently has a rating of 4.9 stars out of 5 on OpenTable.

The Capital Grille, which has three locations in Massachusetts and an OpenTable rating of 4.8 stars, also made the list. It was not on last year’s list.

“The 100 Best Restaurants in America list gives voice to OpenTable’s diner community by honoring the restaurants they love to visit and that consistently provide dining experiences that delight time and again,” said Caroline Potter, chief dining officer at OpenTable, in a press release. “The diversity of this year’s list truly showcases how OpenTable helps diners find the right restaurant for every appetite and every occasion.”

According to OpenTable, the list, which is not ranked but instead organized in alphabetical order, is compiled based on diner reviews left between Nov. 1, 2017 and Oct. 31, 2018. Any restaurant with a minimum overall score and qualifying number of reviews was considered for inclusion.
