You’ll soon be able to snag a pastrami sandwich or bowl of ramen before boarding your flight at Logan Airport, as the Boston Public Market announced Friday morning that it will open a second iteration of its popular food hall at the airport this fall.
Spread across 6,000 square feet, the market’s Terminal C location will include six vendors, plus a salad bar, grab-and-go snacks, and a full-service bar. Check out the initial lineup:
Beantown Pastrami: pastrami sandwiches, corned beef sandwiches, pastrami burgers, and sides including half-sour pickles and coleslaw
Inna’s Kitchen: Homemade hot plates including falafel, chicken shawarma, and shakshuka, plus soups, pitas, and cold salads
Market Bagels: Fresh bagels, cream cheese spreads, and bagel sandwiches
Mother Juice: Made-to-order juices, smoothies, salads, and vegan items
Noodle Lab: Ramen and signature rice bowls, plus small bites like vegetarian and pork gyoza and wakame salad
Red’s Best: Lobster rolls, fish sandwiches, seafood-focused salads, and more
BPM Fresh Eats, the market’s salad bar, will offer fresh seasonal produce, while BPM on the Fly will sell ready-made snacks, gifts, and artisanal items. At the market bar, travelers can order beer, wine, and liquor, all sourced from New England.
Much like the Hanover Street location, BPM at Logan Airport will offer seating in the center of the market.
“We have been overwhelmed by the impact the Boston Public Market has had in just four years of operation and the response we have received from the community,” said Cheryl Cronin, CEO of the Boston Public Market, in a press release. “We are proud to support New England food producers and to provide fresh and healthy food while educating customers about the importance of local sourcing. …It is truly a privilege to showcase our innovative food entrepreneurs, artisans, and chefs to visitors at Logan Airport.”
The Boston Public Market’s original location opened at 100 Hanover St. in July 2015 and features a lineup of both permanent and rotating vendors; its most recent vendor, Boston Beer Alley, debuted in September.
The Logan Airport outpost is scheduled to open sometime in late fall. Stay tuned for more details about an opening date.
