Two years after opening in the Back Bay, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston will introduce a new member to its food and drink collection: Trifecta, a cocktail lounge set to open in early May.
Located on the lobby level of the hotel, Trifecta joins the hotel’s two restaurants, One + One and Zuma, but will focus primarily on offering cocktails, beer, wine, and high tea within a sleek, modern space.
Trifecta’s cocktail menu will highlight drinks inspired by notable Bostonians and the city’s cultural institutions. Take, for instance, the Arabesque, a bubbly gin- and champagne-focused cocktail that pays homage to E. Virginia Williams, founder of the Boston Ballet. Or the 152, named after the original location of Isabella Stewart Gardner’s home and featuring gin, rose-infused St. Germain, Lillet Blanc, grapefruit, and lime cordial — a floral cocktail inspired by The Courtyard at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. The beverage menu will also include wine and beer, with a collection of wine flights for anyone interested in sampling varietals from across the world.

Trifecta.
Trifecta pop-ups have taken place at the hotel since the end of 2020, including high tea on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., which will continue when it opens in May. For $49 per person, guests can sip on tea from J’enway Tea Co. and tuck into plates of tea sandwiches, scones, and assorted cakes, tartlets, and macarons. Want that tea spiked? Guests have the option to pair each tea with a liqueur or spirit: Think earl grey tea paired with Grand Marnier or chamomile tea with crème de violette.
To eat, Trifecta will offer a small bites and shared plates menu, with dishes like smoked fish dip with sesame crackers; a seafood platter piled high with oysters, shrimp, and scallop ceviche; a spring beet salad; and a flourless chocolate cake with fresh berries.
Last week, the hotel received five diamonds from AAA, an award given to only 0.3 percent of AAA diamond-designated hotels and restaurants across North America. Other AAA five diamond hotels in Boston include Boston Harbor Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Boston, Mandarin Oriental Boston, and The Ritz-Carlton, Boston.
