Excitement is building for the Xbox One, which goes on sale on Nov. 22. Here’s a look at some of the titles that will be available when the $499 home entertainment system launches.
‘Dead Rising 3’
The popular zombie-fighting game will bring its ghoulish gameplay to the Xbox One.
‘Forza Motorsport 5’
“Forza Motorsport 5’’ will take advantage of the improved graphics and kinnect contoller that comes with the Xbox One. The driving game will feature a cloud-based AI that wukk make computer-controlled oponents smarter.
This “open world’’ shooter uses a cartoonish style.
‘Ryse: Son of Rome’
An extensive trailer for “Ryse: Son of Rome’’ was shown at the Microsoft E3 event and the game had incredibly realistic fighting, but it might be a bit bloody for some audiences.
Players actually got a chance to play “Killer Instinct’’ after it was announced.
“Project Spark’’ is a new kind of game that actually lets the player create the game. Players will also be able to share their creations with others through Xbox Live.
“Halo’’ will not only be a game on Xbox One, it will also be an exclusive television series.
Monday’s Microsoft event concluded with the debut of the mech-heavy multiplayer shooter ‘‘Titanfall,’’ the first game from Respawn Entertainment, which was founded by ‘‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’’ creators Vince Zampella and Jason West.
