All veterans enrolled in VA healthcare will be able to get COVID-19 vaccines with the VA Bedford Healthcare system starting Thursday, Feb. 25.

Any enrolled veteran, regardless of age, can get the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine at the auditorium of Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford.

Veterans can call the vaccination line at 781-687-400 on weekdays to schedule an appointment, which are available every day from 7 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Designated caregivers can also get the vaccine at the same time.

Veterans who get their first shot at the Bedford clinic will automatically be scheduled for their second dose three weeks later. Shuttle service from other local VA clinics in Jamaica Plain, Lynn, Haverhill, Gloucester, and Lowell is available. Veterans not currently enrolled in VA healthcare can check their eligibility here.
