Marc Meadowcroft, 20, of Revere, was arrested for defacing two vintage trolleys temporarily placed on public display, other MBTA property, and City of Boston property in January of last year, according to police. He pleaded guilty in Boston Municipal Court, agreeing to cease his repeated vandalism and in return received no jail time, police said. He was given an 18-month suspended sentence on some charges and a continuance without a finding on others, according to police.

But police say now Meadowcroft has continued to vandalize MBTA property with his identifiable “CIGA” tag name. In January, police found the tag at Green Street Station in Jamaica Plain, and surveillance cameras captured him in the act, police said.

Police said they have several warrants for Meadowcroft’s arrest, but have not located him. They ask that anyone with information on Meadowcroft or his whereabouts contact officers at 617-222-1170.
