Police searching for man who allegedly tried to use Pokemon Go to lure young girls into van in Bridgewater

Police are searching for a man who allegedly tried to lure three young girls into his van to play Pokemon Go Saturday evening in Bridgewater.

The incident occurred on Ladyslipper Drive. Police said a shirtless man in a black minivan pulled up to three 11-year-old girls and asked them to get into the van to play the virtual reality game. The girls declined and fled, according to police.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident and ask that anyone with information contact detectives at 508-697-6118.
