A man accused of child rape has been added to the state police’s Most Wanted List.

Zion Pierre Vazquez, 31, of Leominster, allegedly sexually assaulted a child under 10 years old multiple times and over a lengthy time period, according to authorities.

Leominster police issued a warrant for his arrest following an investigation back in 2013; Vazquez found out about the investigation and has been on the run since, state police said. There are other warrants out for Vazquez, including for motor vehicle offenses and failing to provide a DNA sample.

Vazquez is described as about  5-foot-8, 170 pounds and Hispanic, with brown eyes and black hair. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and shoulders, according to law enforcement.

Vazquez reportedly goes by different aliases and has used different birthdays. Along with a criminal record in Massachusetts, he’s also been arrested in Illinois. Vazquez has ties to other parts of Central Massachusetts, including Fitchburg, police said.
