Police identify 22-year-old man stabbed to death in East Boston

Carlos Ramos succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital after he was stabbed on West Eagle Street Tuesday night, authorities said.

Police have identified a 22-year-old man who was stabbed to death in East Boston Tuesday night as Carlos Ramos.

Authorities said officers responded to a radio call for a person stabbed near 36 West Eagle St. around 11:24 p.m. and found Ramos suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Ramos, an East Boston resident, was brought to a local hospital where he died from his injuries, Boston police said in a statement.
