Who he is: William Chen is a senior software program manager at Leaf, an app development company based in Cambridge that helps connect companies and customers through mobile platforms. When he is not busy working with tablet apps, he spends his time working with the New England Tango Academy, an Argentine Tango studio in Cambridge which he co-founded.
