Jacqueline Ferrari is an exceptional nurse. When my mother was ill and dying, she stayed right by her side and held her hand until it was over. Nursing is not just about charts and meds; nurses are about dignity for the patient and family. She cried with us, laughed with us, and felt our pain. When we were exhausted from sleepless nights, she would sit with Mom and tell us to go home and rest. She would sit there holding my mother’s hand and talking with her. She treated my mother like she was her own. Jacqueline is compassionate, loving, caring, and one the best nurses I have ever met.
