Summer is officially here, but for many of us, office life makes it hard to enjoy the weather to the fullest. Sitting at your desk or in your cold, dreary office to eat lunch can make the days feel longer and it is proven that getting outside to soak up some vitamin D can be good for your health.
Kimberly Elsbach, a professor at the University of California, Davis who studies workplace psychology told NPR, “We know that creativity and innovation happen when people change their environment, and especially when they expose themselves to a nature-like environment, to a natural environment.’’
