New high school athletic director

Caitlin Annicelli Brown has been hired as Foxborough High School’s athletic director, replacing Craig Najarian, who resigned in June after five years to take a similar job at Holliston High School. School Superintendent Debra Spinelli described Brown as ‘’a tremendous role model for students both academically and athletically.’’ She said Brown will bring her passion for educating students in the classroom to the athletic program, while being an outstanding communicator “who will build strong relationships with a variety of constituent groups to benefit our student athletes.’’ Brown has served as Foxborough High’s girls soccer coach for the past five seasons and as a history teacher for the past seven years. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity College and will be completing a master’s degree in educational leadership next month from Bridgewater State University.
