Missing Maine toddler’s mother has a new strategy

The mother of a missing Maine toddler said she is going to release more information that she has been told by investigators in hopes of calling attention to the case and bringing it to a resolution. Trista Reynolds said Tuesday that she believes that releasing investigatory details may be the only way to bring about justice for her daughter, Ayla, who disappeared from her father’s home in Waterville in December 2011. Reynolds has talked about additional blood evidence. Next week, she plans to release more details that she said she was told by investigators.
