Complaints about the T system have a new place to be aired.
An ad recently appeared on subway trains — complete with a tear-it-off “please take one’’ flier — asking riders to become part of the T’s customer opinion panel.
After an initial sign-up questionnaire that asks about the respondents’ demographic information and typical transit use, riders will receive an e-mail survey once every three months soliciting feedback.
