Eerie Photos of Boston on Lockdown During the Marathon Bombing Suspect Manhunt
On April 19, 2013, Boston residents woke up to the news that the city was in lockdown as police searched for the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. Public transportation was shut down and residents were urged to remain indoors. Bostonians took to social media and posted images of what they encountered around the city.
