According to police, they received a call about a man in a Honda Odyssey minivan who exposed himself to two girls. The victims described the suspect.

From an East Bridgewater police statement:

While this was happening we received a call from the Massachusetts State Police that they had the suspect vehicle in West Bridgewater. They had a similar incident on route 24 in Raynham at 16:02 where a male was exposing himself. The vehicle matched the description of the one used in the East Bridgewater approximately ½ hour later. The suspect Yousef Hashem 21 years old from 61 Ash Street in West Bridgewater was interviewed by Sergeant Mike McLaughlin. During our investigation another victim reported a similar incident that happened to her on West Pond Street in the same time frame.

In 2011, Hashem was involved in a sexual assault case in Salem, where police charged him with

groping a teenage girl during the annual Halloween festival Haunted Happenings. At the time of the alleged incident, the girl’s father and a group of bystanders chased and caught a fleeing Hashem. He was later cleared of all charges by a Salem jury, according to The Salem News.
