Police said an Attleboro man inappropriately touched and exposed himself to a teenage girl at a his home during a party with underaged drinkers in attendance.
Jonathan Silveira, 32, allegedly fled out of a back door when police responded to reports of a disturbance at his 238 South Main St. home, following a fight that reportedly broke out between Silveira and other partygoers following the alleged assault.
Police entered the home because of the reports of violence, the Boston Globe reports:
Inside, officers said they found containers for alcoholic beverages strewn about the apartment. Silveira was later found sleeping in a neighbor’s apartment. Police said he had broken into the unit.
Police said another teenager accused Silveira of similar behavior only days earlier.
Silveira will be arraigned Tuesday in Attleboro District Court on multiple charges, including indecent assault and battery of a person over 14.
