It is jury selection day in the trial of two brothers who are accused of defrauding a Boston Marathon bombings charity. Juror Number 78 in the jury pool? None other than former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis.
NECN’s John Moroney was tweeting from the courtroom when Davis was excused from serving as a member of the jury in the trial.
