Boston Police have charged two people in Saturday’s horrific Back Bay crash, which killed two pedestrians.
The Boston Globe reports:
Ghuzlan Alghazali, 26, of Allston is facing two counts of motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation for allegedly running a red light and striking another vehicle in the crash, police said.
Mohamed Alfageeh, 29, also of Allston, is charged with misleading investigators under the state’s witness intimidation statute, police said. He allegedly told detectives that he was driving Alghazali’s vehicle at the time of crash.
Police said Alghazali ran a red light and hit another car. That vehicle rolled over from the impact and struck Jack Lanzillotti, 28, and Jessica Campbell, 27, both of whom died from their injuries.
