A small plane made an emergency landing on the Chelmsford High School campus around 4:15 p.m. Friday afternoon.

A Chelmsford Police spokesperson said that there were no injuries.

The lone male pilot of the 1979 Cessna 182Q aircraft manuevered onto a grass field alongside Graniteville Road after reportedly experiencing engine problems.

No fuel was leaked, the spokesperson added.
