Service Restored on MBTA Orange Line After ‘Medical Emergency’ Caused Severe Delays

The MBTA tweeted that regular service between North Station and Back Bay Station has been restored after an earlier medical emergency led to service being suspended. They said that commuters should expect “moderate residual delays.’’

Earlier on Monday morning, the MBTA had tweeted that service would have to be suspended between North Station and Back Bay Station due to a medical emergency. They recommended that commuters use the Green Line instead, wherever possible.
