Police Searching for Alleged Back Bay Bicycle Thief

MBTA Transit Police have released photos of a man they believe stole a bicycle from a Back Bay station rack. The Dahon-brand folding bike was taken on July 5. The bike was locked to the rack, according to a Transit Police statement released Monday.

Police released the following description of the suspect:

A black male with a medium build, approximately 5’08’’ in height, wearing an off-white bucket style hat, a green polo shirt, grey shorts, grey sneakers with white soles, and carrying a black bag.
