Springfield Police Charge Woman Named Miracle Crimes With Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle

Two Springfield police officers pulled over a woman at 2 a.m. this morning after noticing that she was driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

Her name? Miracle Crimes.

Crimes told police that the car had not been stolen, but that her sister had given her the keys.

She was arrested and charged with operating a moving vehicle without authority. The Springfield Police Facebook remains as lighthearted as ever, noting in the report after one mention of Miracle crimes that, “yes, that’s her real name.’’
