A car flipped over onto a guardrail near Exit 1 on Route 190 Southbound in Worcester this morning, according to Massachusetts State Police.
The incident occurred at 10:30 a.m., and the vehicle rolled over and landed on its roof on top of the railing with a portion of the car hanging off of the overpass.
The three occupants of the car were extricated from the vehicle by the Worcester Fire Department, according to State Police. The car has been removed from the scene.
All three occupants of the vehicle were taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center with serious injuries, State Police said via Twitter.
