It’s been a really bad week for Revere. But there was one bit of good news Wednesday night.

Revere Police have charged a woman with stealing a firefighter’s wallet. According to police, Aleesha Mceachern, 32, is facing a number of identity theft and credit card fraud charges for the July 7 incident. Police said Mceachern was the woman who wandered into the Central fire station and stole a firefighter’s wallet while he was out on a call.

Fraudulent charges on the firefighters credit card started to appear that same day.

Mceachern is currently being held on unrelated charges at the South Bay House of Corrections.
