Dic Donohue and family welcome newest addition

Three years to the day after he woke up in the hospital, injured during the shootout with the Boston Marathon bombers, Richard “Dic” Donohue welcomed the newest addition to his family.

Donohue, his wife Kim, and the couple’s son Richie welcomed baby Connor to the family on Friday.

Donohue retired from the MBTA Transit police in February.
