Roslindale man arrested after alleged lewd act at T stop

A 66-year-old man from Roslindale was arrested Thursday by transit police after he allegedly performed a lewd act inside an MBTA station bathroom, authorities said.

Transit police said a man approached an officer at Back Bay station around 2:30 p.m. and reported that, while inside the men’s bathroom, a man approached him, exposed his genitals, and began to commit a lewd act.

Officers later identified and arrested Neville Pinnock, who was charged with open and gross lewdness.

Police said he is expected to be arraigned Monday in Boston Municipal Court.
