Police arrest man accused of spray-painting swastika
WARWICK, R.I. (AP) — Police say they have charged a man with spray-painting a swastika and men’s genitals on a Warwick school.
WJAR-TV reports that Manuel McKay and a woman were captured on surveillance video walking outside Warwick Veterans School on April 10.
Police say McKay looked like he was hiding a black can of spray paint. He was arrested Thursday.
McKay faces vandalism charges.
It’s unclear of he has a lawyer who can comment on the charges.
