HYDE PARK, Vt. (AP) — A Vermont man has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in the bathroom of a state courthouse in Vermont after he testified that she initiated the sex in hopes of getting heroin from him.
A jury found 34-year-old Robert Rosario not guilty on Friday after more than five hours of deliberations during the trial in Hyde Park.

On the day of the incident in question in 2015, Rosario was appearing in court in Burlington for a hearing for unrelated drug case against him.
Rosario denied the charge from the stand Thursday.
Rosario hugged his attorney after the verdict was announced.
Six drug cases against him remain pending and he is being held at Vermont’s Northwest State Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
