EAST BURKE, Vt. (AP) — Authorities in Vermont say a man has been killed in a rollover crash on a ski resort.

Police say the crash happened Sunday on Burke Mountain in East Burke. Police say 45-year-old Denny Degreenia, of Concord, was driving a utility vehicle and checking snow guns on the resort.

Authorities say Degreenia was ejected from the vehicle when it rolled over. Police say he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Degreenia was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Authorities say a passenger in the utility vehicle was treated for minor injuries and released.

Authorities continue to investigate.
